2. if you’re experiencing an extended delay, contact and chat with us.
 
Delivery Delays
If there's a delay in your scheduled delivery, chat with us if you haven’t received your order after the delivery window has passed.
Your order has been returned to sender/Drivers returned orders when:
1)they can’t find your address.
2)no safe location is found.
3)you aren’t reachable.
4)you canceled your order.

The order tracker displays new estimated delivery dates.
Chat with us as soon as possible:
 
your tracking information hasn’t updated for 3 business days.
it's two business days after your estimated delivery date.
