How to place Wholesale Order:

Friendly Reminder:
1.Eggracks customer service team can not give you a tracking number immediately. Our warehouse need to collect the item and then generate the tracking number for you.
2.We cooperate with reliable carrier, such as DHL, USPS,UPS and Fedex.
3.Delivery time depends on the geographic distance and shipping carrier you chose, DHL for 3-7 business days, USPS/UPS for 4-8 business days, fedex for 3-6 business days.
4.The logistics we provide does not include signature service.

6.Wholesale price can be selected when purchasing products in bulk.
7.We can provide relabeling service for you, 0.5$/item for barcode relabing fee, 1$/carton shipping mark fee. If you use our service for the first time,we can make a 10% discount for both fees. If you have such demand, please contact our service team timely once you place the wholesale order.
Once we packed your products,please provide us with following file:
1) Please provice us with your item barcode label file, for example,amazon item barcode.
2) Please provide us with your shipping mark.for example,FBA generated shipping mark file.
8.If you want to use your own prepaid shipping label for wholesale order, please contact our customer services.
9.As for Locking inventory services, please contact us to activate this function for your Eggracks account.
10.Locking inventory means that you need to buy the quantity you need in advance, pay for the cost of overall fee, then when you want ship one by one, just pay for the remaining fees, such as shipping fee and handling fee.
How to place Wholesale Order:
1.Log into your Eggracks.com account https://seller.eggracks.com/.
2.Click the Eggracks Web below the account name on the top right.
3.Search the product model on product search page, such as GPCTXXXX
4.Add the products to cart, increase or decrease the quantity you need.
5.Tap the Cart icon https://www.eggracks.com/cart/
6.Fill in the address information, contact information,etc..
7.Pay for the wholesale orders, shipping fee might be automatically calculated according to the address,package dimensions and product quantity.
8.Once you finished wholesale order placing, We will process your order within 1-2 business days.
