After-sales Order
Follow the steps below if you want to issue refund after return applications.Issue refund after return applications:
If the tracking information of your order shows your package has arrived, but you can’t find it:
Find the order page and slide bar to right, click the return text and attach the reason(see attached picture 1), it is better for you to send email to service team and upload picture or video to state your return reason, after accepted by our team, please click the Return Orders page, print the label(picture 2 and 3) to paste on your return package for following tracking, then click the edit button to upload the return package carrier and return tracking number(picture 4).

Friendly Reminder:
1.We can refund you once check your return parcels. Please check the parcel accessories before returning the parcel, or we have rights to determine the refund amount.
2.If your return parcel has finished checking, it will be 1-2 business day. If not solved,please contact our service team for after-sales order. Issue application before return your parcel.
3.Check you credit record: Log in your eggracks account and find the settings bar, click and choose Credit Records, select the time range and find your order. The green numeric represents the amount we refund you, while the red numeric represents payment for new orders by using credit memo. Please contact customer service team if problem not solved.
