Amazon Marketplace Customer Data

In connection with our use of the Amazon Selling Partner API (“SP-API”), the Company may access personally identifiable information of Amazon marketplace buyers (“Amazon Customer Data”), including buyer names, shipping addresses, and phone numbers, solely as necessary to fulfill orders placed through Amazon. This section describes how the Company collects, uses, stores, and protects Amazon Customer Data.

Types of Amazon Customer Data Accessed

When processing orders through the Amazon SP-API, we may access the following categories of Amazon buyer information:

- Shipping address

- Order identification number

Purpose and Use Limitation

Amazon Customer Data accessed through the SP-API is used solely and exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling Amazon marketplace orders, including generating and transmitting shipping labels. We do not use Amazon Customer Data for any other purpose, including but not limited to:
 
- Marketing, advertising, or promotional activities
- Analytics or profiling
- Selling, renting, or transferring to any third party

All Amazon Customer Data is permanently deleted no later than 30 days after the associated order has been delivered or the order is otherwise completed or cancelled. Amazon buyers whose personal data has been accessed through the SP-API may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Compliance with Amazon Developer Agreement

Our access to and use of Amazon Customer Data through the SP-API is at all times subject to, and in compliance with, the Amazon Selling Partner API Developer Agreement and Amazon’s data protection policies. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and Amazon’s policies, Amazon’s policies shall govern with respect to Amazon Customer Data.

Changes to This Statement

The Company reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. For example, when there are changes in our services, changes in our data protection practices, or changes in the law. When changes to this Policy are significant, we will inform you. You may receive a notice by sending an email to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our Global Phoenix, and/or by updating any privacy information.
