(1) Who is eggracks.com?

Founded in 2001, Eggracks specializes in the production, distribution, and supply of consumer electronics, home goods, outdoor fitness equipment, lighting, pet supplies, apparel, and more. We provide comprehensive wholesale and dropshipping solutions, delivering high-quality products at competitive prices with a strong commitment to superior service.

What is a dropshipping business?
A dropshipping business is a retail model where you sell products to customers without holding any inventory yourself. Instead, when a customer buys something, the seller purchases the item from a third-party supplier (like a wholesaler or manufacturer) who then ships the product directly to the customer. This means the seller doesn't handle inventory or shipping logistics. In this case, eggracks.com acts as the wholesaler or manufacturer.

Here’s how it works:

1.  Customer places an order on your online store (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc.).

2.  You forward the order to us through your Eggracks vendor portal or API connection.

3.  We ship the product directly to your customer on your behalf, within 24 hours.

4.  The tracking number is uploaded to your portal once order is shipped.

(2) Can I sell your products on TikTok?
Yes, you can sell our products on TikTok, as long as you follow TikTok requirements. We have several successful customers selling our products on TikTok and our fast shipping keeps customers happy!

(3) I want to list your products on my Shopify website. How does it work?

We provide a specification sheet and product images for each product we sell. You can use the information to batch upload the information to your Shopify website. Please visit the Shopify support page on how to bulk import products, you may have to copy and paste from our export into Shopify’s template.

(4) Where are you located? Where do shipments originate?
Eggracks.com is headquartered in New York, and we ship from our distribution center near Los Angeles. All products listed on site are in stock and ready to ship within 1 business day.

(5) Can I offer my products on your website to your customers?

Currently, we do not offer third-party inventory on our website. All products available on Eggracks.com are sourced and stocked in-house. Please check back in the future as our plans may change.

(1) What are the products on eggracks.com website? Are they brand new?

We offer a large verity of products, including consumer electronics, home goods, outdoor and fitness, lighting, pet supplies, apparel, and many more. Our products are brand new. We will clearly disclose if any particular product is not in brand new condition.

(2) How many products do you have? Are they all real live inventory?

We have over 10,000 SKUs in stock. We update live inventory every 2 hours on Eggracks.com. Please check back frequently as new items and restocked items are received several times a week. Our warehouse works fast so you have the most updated data available.

(3) How do I know which products are selling well and which are not?

In seller center, view the products and sort by best selling. Here you will see our top sellers, but don’t be afraid to work your way down the list, we have many great products in stock.

(4) Will you make an authorization letter to allow me sell your brand name products on my channels?

Yes, we are happy to provide an authorization letter, please request as needed by emailing [email protected] and someone from our sales team will get back to you as soon as possible.

(5) Can I list your products on Amazon?

Yes, we can dropship via fulfilled by merchant, or you can purchase in bulk and we can prepare to ship to Amazon for Fulfilled by Amazon sales. Please contact our sales team for more details by emailing [email protected].
The practice of "listing hijacking" (i.e., selling on pre-existing product listings created by others) of our products on Amazon, Walmart, or any other e-commerce platform is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Our Eggrack.com policy mandates that every authorized reseller or seller MUST create their own NEW and SEPARATE product listing for our items they are selling.

(6) Can I list your products on Walmart?

Yes, we can dropship via Fulfilled by Merchant, or you can purchase in bulk and we can prepare to ship to Walmart for fulfilled by Walmart sales. Please contact our sales team for more details by emailing [email protected].

3.About Inventory
(1) If certain items are selling well and you have low inventory, can I request more quantity?

We do our best to monitor inventory and sell through rates to avoid low inventory or out of stock, especially for best selling items. Please request as needed by emailing [email protected] and someone from our sales team will get back to you as soon as possible.

(2) How do I keep my listings synchronized with your inventory?

You can export/import via .csv or connect via API. Our product export will have the latest inventory, so please export from our portal and import to your portal daily to avoid out-of-stock orders.

4.About Price
(1) How do I know whether eggracks prices are competitive or not?

We offer the most competitive pricing, please feel free to double check, we work closely with multiple factories to source the best quality products and at the most competitive prices.

(2) What's the difference between your wholesale and dropshipping prices?

For wholesale, we ship a larger quantity per sku directly to your warehouse. For dropship, we can blind ship directly to your customers from our warehouse.

(3) Do you offer discounted price if I buy quantities?

Yes, this would be a bulk order via our wholesale site. If there is a product or quantity not listed on site, please contact our sales team by emailing us at [email protected]. We can help source new products or bring requested quantities.
For skus we displays on Eggracks.com, we have large volume discount policy. 
  1)200+ Units/Order: 3% discount
  2)500+ Units/Order: 5% discount
Also, to ensure we avoid any OOS issues for our other sales channels, all large volume purchase needs to send email to us through tidio or [email protected], pre-approved before the discount is confirmed. Thanks!

(4) Can I use my own shipping labels?

Yes, you can use your own shipping labels to dropship the orders. You would still import orders to our portal, then attach the shipping label. We can also use 3rd party billing accounts via API. The new price will be wholesale cost + $2.50 per unit, please contact our sales team at [email protected] to activate this feature on your account.

(5) Do you do any special promotional events with special prices?

Yes, please check back on the seller center home page for special promotions. All promotional events with special prices will be posted here. We update the banner regularly so please check
back frequently.

5.About Listing
(1) I want to list your products on my Shopify website. How does it work?

Please refer Shopify support page on how to best list products in your store. Our product catalog export will have all the necessary details. Once you have listed the products, we can connect to Shopify via API to automatically update inventory, and process the dropshipping orders.

(2) What kinds of marketplaces can you do dropshipping?

Any online marketplace will work, we have customers selling on many different marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, etc. as well as their own websites.

(3) Can I bulk upload your products to Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Ebay or any other marketplaces?

Yes. However, you may first need to reformat our export file to match the correct import template. Please check with your marketplace support page for instructions and templates for bulk product upload.

(4) Can I sell your product on TikTok?

Yes, please note certificates cannot be provided for all products. However, we can meet most requests. Please contact our sales team by emailing [email protected].

(5) Can I use your pictures for my listings?

Yes. Our graphics team has worked hard to provide an assortment of product and lifestyle images that are available for use. You can find the image links in the product catalog export.

6.About Order Processing
(1) How do I upload my orders to your site?

You can import orders via .csv or API. Please visit our FAQ page in seller center for .csv instructions. Another option is to automate the process via API. We have many plugin APPs ready to connect with Shopify, Walmart, eBay, etc and we can always set up new ones as needed. Please contact our sales team by emailing [email protected].

(2) What is your cut off time during the day for uploading orders to your site?

Orders placed 12pm EST or earlier will ship same day. We guarantee all orders will ship within 1 business day of payment.

(3) Do you offer automatic order processing and shipping?

Yes, we can automate this process. We have many plugin APPs ready to connect with Shopify, Walmart, eBay, etc and we can always set up new ones as needed. Please contact our sales team by emailing [email protected].

7.About Shipping
(1) How many warehouses do you have? Where are they located?

We currently have one warehouse, which is located in Perris, CA. This state-of-the-art facility allows our team to quickly restock, as well as pick and pack products as fast as possible. We are committed to meeting all marketplace metrics in regard to shipping and delivery times. All products are in stock and ready to ship.

(2) What kinds of shipping carrier do you use?

We use USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. After your order is processed, we will provide you with the tracking number asap. All carriers make multiple pickups per day as needed to insure your orders are shipping on time.

(3) What is normal shipping time?

All orders are shipped within 1 business day. Normal delivery time once shipped is 3-5 business days.

Yes. All orders ship within one business day and will deliver within 5 business days.

(5) Can you ship to amazon FBA warehouse?
