What to Do If Your Order Shows Delivered but You Haven’t Received It?

For Shipped Orders
If your tracking status says “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

  1)Check the immediate delivery area—packages are sometimes placed behind planters, near garages, or in mailrooms.

  2)Review the delivery confirmation details for any specific notes or instructions left by the carrier.

  3)Ask members of your household or neighbors—someone may have accepted it on your behalf.

  4)Verify the shipping address in your Eggracks.com account. Ensure there are no spelling errors or incorrect unit numbers.

  5)Allow up to two business days—on rare occasions, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives.

  6)If the package is still missing after two business days, contact Eggracks Customer Support promptly.
 

For Delivery Orders
If your order was delivered and includes a confirmation photo, but you can’t find the package:

  *Check the delivery photo. Do you recognize the door or location in the image?

  *If the delivery was made to the wrong address, contact Eggracks Customer Support as soon as possible and provide evidence (e.g., a photo of your doorway for comparison)
