Issue refund after return applications:
If the tracking information of your order shows your package has arrived, but you can’t find it:
Find the order page and slide bar to right, click the return text and attach the reason(see attached picture 1), it is better for you to send email to service team and upload picture or video to state your return reason, after accepted by our team, please click the Return Orders page, print the label(picture 2 and 3) to paste on your return package for following tracking, then click the edit button to upload the return package carrier and return tracking number(picture 4).

Friendly Reminder:
1.We will process your refund after inspecting the returned parcel. Please ensure all original accessories are included before returning it back. Otherwise, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.
2.If your returned parcel has already been inspected, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact our customer service team and submit an after-sales request before returning your parcel.
3.To check your credit record: Log into your Eggracks account, go to the Settings menu, and select “Credit Records” . Choose the desired time range and locate your order. A green number indicates the refund amount issued to you, while a red number represents a payment made for new orders using a credit memo. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
