1.Place Drop Ship Order

When you want to place Drop Ship order, you can also refer to the picture of User Operation Guide of 4.How To Place Dropship and Wholesale Orders






How to place Drop Ship order:
  1.Log into your Eggracks.com account https://seller.eggracks.com/.

  2.Click Drop Ship order interface.

  3.Choose Default Type

  4.Click “download template file” on the top right.

  5.Fill in the CSV template file
    A) Order Date  
   B) PO Order (PO Number needs to be unique for each row)
   C) Product Title (<35 characters)
   D) Sku(Full Name, No abbreviation, the same with item code you see on each products’ detailed page


   E) Product QTY
   F) Customer Name  
   G) Address-1(NoPox Box Address)
   H) Address-2
    I) City
   J) State(48States Only),Alaska/Hawaii Not Include
   K) Zip-Code (Zip code column needs to be formatted as special Zip Code before saving The file)
   L) Country  
   M) Phone Number
 
6.After save the file, please click Select CSV file to upload the excel.

7.It will shows important sucessfully when the order imported.

8.Click the Order Invoice interface, and pay for the drop ship order.

9.We will process your order within 1-2 business days

10.Tracking number and packed status will shows on your order page once we ship out your order.

Friendly Reminder:
1.Eggracks customer service team can not give you a tracking number immediately. Our warehouse need to collect the item and then generate the tracking number for you.

2.We cooperate with reliable carrier, such as DHL, USPS, UPS and Fedex.

3.Delivery time depends on the geographic distance and shipping carrier you chose, DHL for 3-7 business days, USPS/UPS for 4-8 business days, fedex for 3-6 business days.

4.The logistics we provide does not include signature service.
