Pickup Delays
Our goal is to ensure a smooth and timely pickup experience. If you are picking up your order and experience a delay, please take the following steps:

  2)If you continue to experience a significant delay, please contact us via chat for further assistance.
 

Delivery Delays
If your scheduled delivery is delayed and you have not received your order after the designated delivery window, please chat with us for support.
Please note that orders may be returned to sender if:
  1)The driver cannot locate your address.

  2)No safe delivery location is found.

  3)We are unable to reach you.

  4)You have canceled your order.
An updated estimated delivery date will be shown in your order tracker.

Reach out to us immediately if:
  *Your tracking information has not been updated for three business days.
  *It has been two business days since your original estimated delivery date.
