      - Quickly store the handheld vacuum by hanging it from the storage hook on the wand. Align the catch on the side of the handheld vacuum over the hook.
      - Hold the dust cup over a trash receptacle. Press the Empty button (with the trash can icon) on the front of the dust cup and pull open the lid until it clicks and locks open.

Q5: When and how do I clean the filters?
A5: Filters may need to be cleaned if the vacuum stops picking up dirt, if airflow is restricted, or if you notice lighter or no suction. For optimal performance, clean filters regularly. Between cleanings, lightly tap filters over a trash receptacle to remove dust and debris as needed.

Q7: How do I store my vacuum?
A7: To store the vacuum upright, detach the handheld vacuum and hang it from the storage hook on the front of the wand. Then wrap the power cord around the cord hooks.

Q8: My vacuum has no or low suction?
A8: Plug in and turn on the vacuum.

Q9: The brushroll is not spinning?
A9: Ensure the unit is plugged in and turned on. Place your foot on the floor nozzle and tilt the handle back to engage the brushroll.

Q10: My vacuum will not turn on or turns off on its own
A10: Check the power cord for damage and the plug prongs for being loose.

      Q11: Hair Wrap
      A11:
      * Self Cleaning Brushroll technology actively removes hair from the brushroll while the vacuum is running. If you see hair wrapped around the brushroll, please perform the following steps.
      * Go to a place in your home with hard flooring, or low-pile carpet.
      * Turn the vacuum on. Select Setting ll (Carpet). Tilt the handle back.
      * Run the vacuum for 30 seconds.
      * Shut off and unplug the vacuum.
      * Inspect the floor nozzle for hair on the main brushroll. If some of the hair has been removed, the technology is working. Extend cleaning time in carpet mode for all the hair to be removed.

      * Inspect the power cord and plug for exposed wires, burns or obvious damage.

Q13: My vacuum is making an unusual noise
A13: The sound of the vacuum is loud due to the motor position in the handheld (air rushing similar to an airplane). Check if the noise is pitchy and coming from the floor nozzle.
      * Turn off and unplug the vacuum.
      * Detach the floor nozzle from the handheld and extension wand.
      * Remove dust cup by squeezing the dust cup release tabs on the bottom of the handheld and pull the dust cup out.
      * Holding it over a trash receptacle, press the release button near the top of the dust cup. With both hands, open the dust cup until it clicks open.
      * Clear away any debris from the cone-shaped metal screen inside the dust cup and close the lid.
      * Look in the handheld piece with a flash light to determine if any debris is obstructing the openings/air ways and remove any clogs.
      * Re-insert the dust cup into the handheld, ensuring each slide clicks into place.
      * Plug the unit in and turn on.

Q14: The handheld vacuum is warm
      A14:
      * The handheld can get warm after use around the filter exhaust area. Due to stronger suction power compared to other corded stick vacuum, this is normal to experience. Turn off the vacuum and wait for 10 mins to cool it down. If the handheld is intolerably warm, call back again.
      * Turn off and unplug the vacuum.
      * Remove the handheld from the wand. Remove filter grill from the top of the handheld and check for signs of melting plastic inside.

Q15: The soft roller is not spinning
A15: Ensure the unit is plugged in and turned onto the Carpet setting.
      * Place your foot on the floor nozzle and tilt the handle back to engage the brush roll.
      * Check the indicator light.

Q16: The buttons are not working
A16: Ensure the customer is using their thumb to push the button. The button is easiest to press on the inner, lower part.

Q17: I am receiving a Shock from the unit (Static Shock)
A17: We are sorry to hear about the incident with your vacuum cleaner. Certain dry conditions in winter or dry areas may cause common static electricity to build up in the vacuum, producing small shocks, similar to what you might experience from contact with doorknobs, wool sweaters, or blankets. This is harmless. In order to avoid this, we recommend moisturizing your hands and/or removing wool socks or sweaters prior to vacuuming. If the problem persists you can also wipe over the unit, particularly the areas in which you are experiencing electrostatic shocks, with a dryer sheet or damp paper towel to reduce the buildup of static.
