Product Warranty

Eggracks is committed to working with you to ensure that every product under warranty performs to the manufacturer's specifications. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please see the warranty information for the warranty holder and details. If your item has not been repaired to your satisfaction, Eggracks will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. Return Authorization:

Return authorization is required for all returns and will only be granted within 30 days from date of purchase. Please contact Eggracks customer service at customerservice@eggracks.com to request a return authorization. All returns should be in the original packaging with complete accessories. Returns without original packaging or incomplete accessories will not be accepted or refunded.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear such as accidents and misuse. This warranty does not cover damage from any alteration, service, or repair performed by any party other than Eggracks.
