      Question 1: What is the reason for steam not enough?
      1. The steam hose is not smooth, causing the steam to be blocked;
      2. The cover is not tightly closed;
      3. The water level exceeds the maximum scale line;
      4. Did not use preheat for 10-20 minutes before using the product.
      Question 2: What are the solutions for insufficient steam?
      1. Keep the hose is connected smoothly before use;
      2. Tighten the lid clockwise before use;
      3. Reduce the amount of water below the maximum scale line;
      4. Set up the highest steam output level to warm up for a certain period of time to fill the sauna tent with steam.
      Question 3: Why does my steamer not work?
      No water inside the steamer, the switch on the steamer is closed will cause the product does not work.
      Question 4: Can I add essential oils or herbs to the steam pot?
      No, do not put essential oil or herbs in the steamer to prevent the lid from breaking up. Only water can be put in the pot. You can put them in the white steam box without blocking the air vent.
      Question 5: Can we refill the water when the steamer is on?
      Never refill the water while the steamer is on to avoid scalding or electrical hazards. First, turn off the steamer. Then, carefully open the lid, add water (ensure it does not exceed the marked maximum line), and securely close the lid. Finally, turn the steamer back on and reset the timer and steam output level as needed.
